My goal is to get kids to actually clean out their instruments and to insert a little color into the process for the rest of us. I'm a professional clarinetist and bass clarinetist and I enthusiastically teach students of all ages and ability levels. I play as a regular with the Spartanburg Philharmonic, and as an extra with the Charlotte Symphony and North Carolina Symphony. I've played with lots of other symphonies in this part of the world, but most notably as the 2nd and bass clarinetist with the Savannah Symphony for three years. I was the personnel manager for the Charlotte Symphony for several years. Went to Indiana University. From New Jersey. But enough about me.
